Major Mite
This 4 pager oddity was another one of my print-on-demand offerings, 1994-1996. It was originally published as an article in the circus magazine The White Tops vol. 65, no. 5 (Sept./Oct. 1992). I'm reproducing the actual article here for better visuals as well as providing a scan of the reprint copy.
A slightly revised version of this piece on Clarence Chesterfield Howerton (aka Major Mite) appeared in OlyBlog in 2007.
