In order to determine the street, I once again rolled the dice, and once again resulted in 10. According to the National League of Cities, the 10th most popular street name in America is 7th Street. 

Then I rolled three more numbers for the house address, verified online that such an address actually exists, folded and placed the Morty Comix in an envelope with address, return address, and stamp to "Occupant."

 Then, while in Hoodsport, I mailed it off.
