Thank You, Sarah

for setting up this blog. I'm sure I never would've gotten around to creating one myself. The Morty news for August is that I have revived Morty Comix with issue #2196, Aug. 14, 2010. The title was initially brought back as part of an art auction to raise money for the Olympia Film Society, but I think I'll just keep cranking out these little monsters.

    What a treasure trove this blog is! I've always enjoyed your comics on the rare occasion I had the good fortune to run across one, it is great to be able to see so many of them in one place. I'm glad to hear you are making new ones. Thanks much for posting so much of your obscure work to the internet!

    Welcome aboard, Steven. There's a lot more to scan and post so I hope you stick around. I try to post something every day, even if it is just a phone photo. My studio recently flooded (gas heat condenser backup, apparently), but as soon as I can put it back together I'll be preparing comix for reprinting.
